G7 adds EG

Evil Geniuses (EG) last friday was officialy invited to become a G7 member. They will do a "trial" period for 3 months. The G7 is known as a professional organisation that is created for gamers by gamers, they try to improve and represent e-sports in all its aspects.

Official Mission Statement of G7:

The G7 teams have been formed to promote the cooperation, and unity between professional electronic sports teams.

EG will send its Executive Director, Alexander Garfield, into the G7 Teams, to represent them.

It's one of eSports' largest honors to have your brand be given the opportunity to have a voice in the G7, which has amassed such an impressive and elite array of brands and individuals. EG will certainly do its absolute best to make North America proud alongside Craig Levine and Jason Lake as the region's team representative to the G7.

Alexander T. Mueller, Spokesman of the G7 Teams:

We have been working with Alex in the past, especially regarding the CS Pro Mod topic. Back then we had the feeling he could be an asset to our group and we started talking to him more intensively. At the ESWC Grand Final, we discussed the matter more and shortly after we decided to give EG the three months invite status to become a full member. We are looking forward to their input and are happy to have yet another representative from the northern American region.
